Production Facilities
Founded in 1998, Jiangsu Xinhua Alloy is a high-tech enterprise and the main drafting unit for national standard GB/T 1234-2012 for high-resistance electro-thermal alloy. Our production lines include atmosphere-protected electroslag furnaces, vacuum induction furnaces, AOD furnaces, LF refining furnaces, electro-slag remelting units, hydraulic hammers, continuous casting, forging, cold rolling, heat treatment and wire-drawing equipment.
New 16-ton vacuum induction furnace and 15-ton atmosphere-protected electroslag furnace facilities expand our capacity for large-size premium alloys and support the domestic substitution of imported special-alloy materials.
R&D and Testing Capability
Our on-site laboratory supports chemical composition analysis, ultrasonic UT non-destructive testing, mechanical performance testing, high-temperature tensile testing, impact testing, hardness testing and metallographic analysis. We hold more than 60 patents, including 9 authorized invention patents.
Our product range covers high-temperature alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, precision alloys, nickel-base welding consumables, electro-thermal alloys, heat-resistant steel, Fe-Cr-Al-Mo and other special-grade alloys.

- Jiangsu Xinhua Alloy (Manufacturing Base): Smelting, forging, heat treatment and finished-goods production.
- Shanghai Phoenix Alloy (Export Hub): Global inquiry handling, technical consultation and export order execution.
