Alloy 718 / UNS N07718 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel superalloy selected where high strength, fatigue performance and elevated-temperature service are required. We support bar and rod supply with processing, heat treatment and inspection reviewed against the project specification.
Manufacturing and Quality Support
Our Jiangsu manufacturing base supports controlled melting, remelting where specified, forging, heat treatment, finishing and inspection. Each order is reviewed against the required grade, dimensions, material condition and project documentation. PMI, mechanical testing, UT, surface inspection and third-party inspection can be arranged where required.
