Our manufacturing business began in 1998. Jiangsu Xinhua Alloy Co., Ltd. is our manufacturing base, while Shanghai Phoenix Alloy Co., Ltd. is the dedicated international sales and export office. Customers work with one coordinated team for production, inspection, documentation and shipment support.
Used for controlled alloy chemistry and clean melting of demanding nickel and specialty alloy grades.
Used after primary melting for most alloy materials to improve cleanliness, internal quality and consistency.
Supports controlled refining for selected alloy production routes and composition requirements.
For most alloy materials, we follow a VIM + ESR route to support product purity, consistency and performance. Additional refining routes are used where appropriate to meet specified alloy requirements.
Eight controlled stages connect melting, refining, forming, finishing, verification and export delivery.
Controlled melting for demanding nickel and specialty alloy grades.
ESR supports improved cleanliness, soundness and material consistency.
Mechanical working breaks down cast structure before further forming.
Heated metal is forged into bars, billets, rings and custom shapes.

Cold drawing, peeling and machining prepare material to required dimensions and finish.
Final verification, witness inspection, packing, sample retention and shipment support.
