Our manufacturing business began in 1998. Jiangsu Xinhua Alloy Co., Ltd. is our manufacturing base, while Shanghai Phoenix Alloy Co., Ltd. is the dedicated international sales and export office. Customers work with one coordinated team for production, inspection, documentation and shipment support.
Our melting capability is built around VIM, ESR and AOD routes to support nickel alloys and specialty alloys with controlled chemistry, cleaner material and consistent production.

For most alloy materials, we follow a VIM + ESR route to support product purity, consistency and performance. Additional refining routes are used where appropriate to meet specified alloy requirements.
Eight controlled stages connect melting, refining, forming, finishing, verification and export delivery.
